Position: Administrative Assistant

Pay Rate: £13.41 per hour

Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week, Mon – Fri, 9 – 5

Start Date: ASAP

Location: DfI Roads, Co Hall, Omagh

Duration: up to 29th March 2026 with possibility of extension

Job Duties:

  • File Plan Maintenance and destruction.
  • To maintain and update file plan as necessary.
  • Carry out file destruction as per PRONI guidelines as required.
  • General admin duties.

Essential Criteria:

  • 2 GCSE’s A*-C including Maths and English (must be able to show evidence)

Desired Experience:

  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Have good knowledge of using software packages e.g., Microsoft Office.
