Job Duties:
- File Plan Maintenance and destruction.
- To maintain and update file plan as necessary.
- Carry out file destruction as per PRONI guidelines as required.
- General admin duties.
Essential Criteria:
- 2 GCSE’s A*-C including Maths and English (must be able to show evidence)
Desired Experience:
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Have good knowledge of using software packages e.g., Microsoft Office.
