We are currently recruiting for AO's for our client based in Derry/Londonderry (Lisahally). The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI are completed.
Start date: 17th August
Rate of pay: £13.75
Duration: 51 weeks
Hours of work: Full time 37 hours per week. The contracted hours are 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday and every 4th Saturday on a rota basis. However, at present staff are working various shift patterns between 9.00 - 5.00 Monday to Friday. No holidays can be accommodated in the first 12 weeks of employment due to the training for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Positions primarily involve delivering customer support via telephone, with an element of administrative task work also.
- Successful candidates will be expected to work to a hybrid schedule with some home working required. However, for the initial training period, staff are required to be based in the office on a full-time basis. Leave cannot be taken during this training period (which lasts around 12 weeks) except when agreed before the start of the assignment.
Main Duties include:
- Answering calls within agreed timescales, taking personal responsibility to maximise availability for answering calls and delivering an accessible, effective service.
- Working on various administrative tasks at pace.
- Working collaboratively to deliver results and the ability to work within and contribute to a team environment.

- Ability to work in a pressurised telephony environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work accurately within set deadlines and to achieve targets.
- Basic IT skills with an aptitude for learning new systems.
