We are currently recruiting an Admin Officer for our client based in Derry/Londonderry, Foyle Chambers. The successful candidate will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

FULL TIME OFFICE BASED
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritise files
- Chase up outstanding evidence required for Preliminary Evidence with police/NCA etc
- Liaise with court support/directing officer to agree suitable Preliminary Evidence date
- Provide the court with updates on progress of files
- Prepare Preliminary Evidence papers, disclosure, applications and physical exhibits for issue to police, defence and court within time limits
- Handle telephone queries re Preliminary Evidence papers as necessary
- Monitor warrant cases and issue new summons or edited papers as required
- Check committal/counsel briefs for accuracy before issue
- Maintain accurate records of file progress on Case Management System
- Perform any other duties appropriate to grade
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
- 5 GCSE's including Maths and English (Proof of certs required)
- 12 months admin experience
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
