The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Wheeled Loading Shovel Driver for a recycling company based in Little Hulton M38. The role will involve you driving a Wheeled Loading Shovel, so you must have prior experience of operating this type of plant. Although we do not require any specific qualifications a valid external license is desirable. Where investment for an in-house operator\’s license is required, this will reflect in the rate of pay. The successful candidate will be required to carry out manual picking duties (waste segregation) as and when required. Monday to Friday: 12hrs per day, between 8am-8pm or 7am-7pm . Working 5 shifts a week including alternative Saturdays every second week. Option for additional hours where work demands. Starting pay from £13.50 p/hour – flat rate – the client may pay a higher rate depending on experience during the interview Subject to a month trial period and if successful rate of pay will be reviewed to reflect individuals experience, skill set and commitment to role.This is a long term assignment potentially leading to permanent for the right candidate.
