LGV Driver – Larne Salary: £15.82 per hour Contract: Temporary, initially 3 months with possibility of extension Start Date: Immediate Sector: Public Sector The Recruitment Co is currently recruiting for an experienced LGV Driver to join our Public Sector client in Larne on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will provide general driving support to Operational Services, working as part of a small team to assist with the collection and removal of refuse from household, industrial and commercial premises, including residential properties, shops, schools and business premises. You will be responsible for the safe operation of allocated vehicles and equipment while supporting waste collection, cleansing, recycling and other associated services. Check that vehicles have sufficient fuel, oil and water at the beginning and end of each shift. Work as part of a small team to support the effective delivery of waste collection, cleansing and recycling services. A valid Category C Driving Licence . A minimum of two years’ continuous LGV driving experience . Any active penalty points on the applicant’s driving licence must be declared along with the relevant code.
