We are currently recruiting a Human Resources Partner for our client based in Belfast City Centre. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI are completed.
Start date: ASAP
Rate of pay: £19.59
Hours of work: 37 Full time, 9 - 5pm Mon to Fri
Key Responsibilities:
- This assignment will be based in the Department of Finance, People and Organisational Development, in the NICS.
- Main duties will involve:
- Progress, review and develop a Skills Framework for the NICS aligned to the People Strategy, other ongoing work and compatible with the new Oracle operating system.
- Stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues across People and OD, departmental HR teams and professional leads to ensure the Skills Framework aligns with wider workforce planning, talent management and organisational development priorities.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
- Degree
- Experience in Human Resources industry/environment at management level.
- CIPD qualification or relevant degree.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Effective communication skills both written and oral.
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
