Clerical Officer (Typing Duties) – Immediate Start

Location: Lisburn

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Pay Rate: Β£12.75 per hour

Start Date: Immediate

The Recruitment Co is currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer with Typing Duties to join a busy healthcare team in Lisburn. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a full-time position with an immediate start.

Key Duties

  • Managing telephony and handling enquiries professionally
  • Booking rooms and scheduling appointments
  • Sending appointment correspondence
  • Typing and document preparation
  • Photocopying and general administrative support
  • Logging and processing referrals
  • Updating information systems and waiting lists
  • Providing reception cover when required
  • Electronic filing and record management
  • Using the Encompass system
  • Carrying out any other duties appropriate to the grade

Essential Criteria

  • A minimum of 1 years experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and work effectively as part of a team
