Pay Rate: £16.90 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary until January 2027

The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for a Patch Manager to join a busy housing and community-focused organisation based in Dungannon.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing, tenancy, community development, or estate management professional looking to make a positive impact within local communities.
Main Duties
- Manage a designated housing patch and act as the first point of contact for tenancy-related matters.
- Support tenants to sustain successful tenancies through advice, guidance, and signposting to relevant support services.
- Handle tenancy commencements, tenancy terminations, transfers, assignments, successions, and direct exchanges.
- Manage rent accounts and support tenants with financial inclusion and affordability advice.
- Investigate and address tenancy issues including anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches, and community safety concerns.
- Liaise with internal departments, contractors, community groups, and external agencies.
- Support estate management activities and planned maintenance programmes.
- Conduct property inspections, home visits, and tenancy-related assessments.
- Promote community engagement, cohesion, and resident involvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in housing management, tenancy management, estate management, community development, customer services, or a related field.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and make informed decisions.
- Good IT skills and experience maintaining accurate records.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Full commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
