We are recruiting Domestic Assistants to join our client in Dungannon Shifts : 1. 30 hours - 7.30am - 1.30pm working 5 days out of 7 and can include weekends 2. 20 - 35 hours - working between 7.30am - 9.30pm 5 days out of 7 and can include weekends Temporary position ( 6 weeks initially) Immediate start Role Overview We are currently recruiting a Domestic Assistant to join a busy healthcare environment in Dungannon. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities Cleaning and sanitising wards, corridors, and clinical areas Maintaining high standards of infection control and hygiene Safe handling and disposal of waste, including clinical waste Cleaning patient rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas Operating cleaning equipment and using appropriate cleaning materials Ensuring all areas are kept clean, tidy, and hazard-free Replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and hygiene products Following all hospital health and safety procedures Essential Requirements Must be able to comply with uniform policy at all times Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Desirable (but not essential) Previous experience in a domestic, cleaning, or healthcare setting Knowledge of infection prevention and control procedures To apply please send your CV via the link41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
