We are recruiting a Security / Car Park Assistant to provide a professional, customer-focused service within a healthcare setting. You will play a key role in maintaining safety, supporting staff and patients, managing car parking, and responding to security incidents, while upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol site (on foot and vehicle) to protect people and property
  • Respond to incidents including security alerts, disturbances, and alarms
  • Assist staff and patients, ensuring a safe environment at all times
  • Monitor and manage car parking and traffic flow
  • Report incidents, faults, and security breaches
  • Maintain accurate logs and complete incident reports
  • Operate CCTV (training provided)
  • Provide support with portering and site duties when required
  • Liaise with PSNI where necessary
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Trust policies
