About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Clerical Officer to join the Housing Executive Patch Team in Downpatrick. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing busy inboxes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Patch Team.
  • Manage the district office inbox, prioritising and responding to queries.
  • Handle customer queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • File correspondence and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee house sales documentation, ensuring compliance and proper processing.
  • Prepare sign‑up packs for new tenants.
  • Support the Area Manager in preparing for the Housing Community Network.
  • Organise, update, and populate essential reports in Repstor.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong administrative background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
