Customer Service Advisor

Overview

Blue Arrow are delighted to be recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for their client based in Arbroath.

Pay rate: £12.21 Per Hour.

Contract: Various start dates in August and September. The initial contract will run until the end of 2025 however there could be a possibility of contract extension.

Shifts: 37.5 Hours per week working between the hours of 9am – 6pm Monday to Saturday. However flexibility may be required to work out with these hours if required.

Day in the life as a Customer Service Advisor

• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Booking appointments
• Resolving customers queries
• Complaint handling
• Updating customers personal details
