The Recruitment Co. are currently recruiting for Customer Account Administrators on behalf of our client based in Bradford. Our client is an award winning organisation recognised for their exceptional products and services. They have been accredited as an 'outstanding company' by the prestigious Best Companies To Work For and have earned a place in the Sunday Times, Top 100 Best Companies to Work for several years.
They are looking for Customer Account Administrators to join their team for an initial 2 month contract providing support with an ongoing project on behalf of their sister company. This project aims to offer a more effective social tariff to households on lower incomes to help with the affordability of their utilities.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, Full time hours.
The Salary: £12.21 per hour, paid weekly - every Friday!
- Correctly assess customer accounts and make interim adjustments to their utility tariffs, working in line with the banding matrix.
- Complete required data transfers with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and verify the output.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Work in accordance with service level agreements.
- Use in-house systems to accurately record information and data transfers.
- Collaborate with team members to address any discrepancies or issues with data entry.
Previous administration, clerical or data entry experience is required, as you will be handling a large volume of customer accounts and completing data-heavy admin tasks. Strong IT skills are required, including good navigational skills, typing accuracy, and speed.
All successful candidates will need to pass a DBS check for this position.
