Location: Belfast, Knockbracken

Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Rate: £14.06 per hour

About the Role

As a Corporate Services Officer, you will play a central part in ensuring the smooth running of corporate functions across the organisation. You’ll support the Corporate Manager and Head of Service, oversee facilities and reception operations, assist with premises management, and help maintain high standards across key corporate services.

Key Responsibilities (Summary)

  • Provide high‑level administrative and site management support
  • Act as a key contact for staff and visitors regarding facilities matters
  • Monitor and escalate facility issues, ensuring risks are managed
  • Administer corporate systems, processes, and office management functions
  • Support corporate contracts (catering, travel, print, waste, security, etc.)
  • Assist with Health & Safety and premises management reporting
  • Oversee Reception and front‑of‑house operations
  • Liaise with Estates and Portering teams to maintain building standards
  • Ensure compliance with Fire Management policies
  • Prepare reports, briefing papers and governance documents
  • Support Controls Assurance documentation and evidence gathering
  • Provide cross‑cover across corporate services as needed
  • Service meetings: agendas, minutes, and action tracking
  • Manage corporate queries (lost property, facility faults, fixed penalties, etc.)
  • Provide administrative support for catering, travel and accommodation bookings

Essential Criteria

You must meet one of the following:

  • Option 1: 5 GCSEs (Grade C including English & Maths) OR equivalent/higher qualification AND 2 A‑Levels or equivalent/higher qualification AND 1 year’s relevant admin experience in Property & Estates Management
  • Option 2: 2 years’ relevant experience in an administrative/clerical role within Property & Estates Management
