We are seeking a Corporate Business Officer to join our dynamic team within the Strategic Planning and Performance Group.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative and business support to senior managers and directors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support, including meeting servicing, data input, filing, and document preparation.
  • Manage calendars, diaries, and schedules for senior managers.
  • Prepare Power Point presentations and reports for senior-level meetings.
  • Organise conferences, workshops, and events, liaising with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Support the administration of medical record requests and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
  • Assist with premises and estates support, including health and safety and facilities management.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both electronically and manually.
  • Promote effective team working and uphold a culture of openness and transparency.
  • GCSE Mathematics & English (Grades A-C) or equivalent, plus 2 A Levels (or equivalent) and at least 18 months relevant administrative/clerical experience; OR 3 years relevant administrative/clerical experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word, Access, and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage time effectively, and use initiative.
  • Responsible attitude towards sensitive and confidential information.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (criteria waived for certain disabilities).
  • Experience in providing premises/estates support.
