Prioritize and plan all Asset and Services projects within each Financial Year and multi-year cycles (e.g., 5 or 10 years), working with stakeholders and senior management to ensure alignment with the client’s Corporate and Financial Plans. Conduct project research, background knowledge gathering, and benchmarking for future Asset and Services projects. Develop and agree on Project Initiation Documents (PIDs) for projects within the Financial Year, including detailed project briefs.
