We are currently recruiting for our client based in Belfast, Airport Road. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI are completed.
Rate of pay: £24.59PH
Duration: 1/10/2026 with possibility of extension
Hours of work: 37
Key Responsibilities:
- To contribute to delivery of the Operational Review Programme (ORP) - Transition Programme, ensuring that transition activity is coherent, well‑governed, and supports the effective embedding of ORP reforms into business‑as‑usual.
- Lead ORP transition activity, ensuring alignment with agreed priorities and timelines.
- Develop transition plans and programme documentation, and identify milestones, risks, issues and interdependencies.
- Contribute to programme governance through preparation of high‑quality reports, briefings and advice for senior forums.
- Act as a senior point of contact with business areas and corporate functions on transition matters.
- Provide oversight, challenge and support to resolve delivery risks and barriers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of programme coordination and ways of working.
- Organise engagement activities, including workshops and events.
- Undertake other duties appropriate to the grade.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
- Degree level qualification in business, administration or similar (must provide proof)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience of:
- Coordinating or leading projects or programmes
- Managing risks, competing priorities and dependencies to deliver outcomes
- Working with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of advice or reports for senior decision‑making
Desired but not essential:
- Experience of working in a change, transformation or transition environment
- Experience of operating within formal governance or assurance frameworks
- Knowledge of public sector or regulatory operating environments
- Experience of working in an operational policy role
