We are currently recruiting an Admin Officer for our client based in Belfast, Stormont. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI are completed.
Start date: ASAP
Rate of pay: £13.75PH
Hours of work: 22.2 hours per week, 9-5 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. In office Tuesday, Thursday. Working from home Wednesday (This can change at any time).
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support to aid the smooth function of Operations and Resilience Planning Branch affairs.
- Use of Account NI portal.
- Ordering, receiving and storing office supplies.
- Raising and monitoring purchase orders.
- Invoice reconciliation and receipting.
- Preparation and distribution of weekly rotas.
- Respond to supplier and Financial Services Division queries.
- Monitoring shared mailbox.
- Assisting in travel arrangements.
- Assist in booking of meeting venues, hospitality, etc.
- Other administrative duties as identified.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
- 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (Proof of certs required).
- 12 months admin/similar experience.
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
