We are currently recruiting an EO2 for our client based in Belfast, Stormont. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI are completed.
Start date: ASAP
Rate of pay: £15.83PH
Hours of work: 37 9AM – 5PM Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the review/preparation of the GMS Contract.
- Support senior officials and Minister through the timely preparation of draft letters/submissions/briefings in response to Ministerial Correspondence e.g. TOF’s, COR’s, AQW’s, INV’s, etc.
- Ensure branch responses to AQWs, COR and TOF cases are dealt with in a prompt and accurate manner and that the Correspondence Log is updated accurately and on a timely basis.
- Provide support for Primary Care officials in drafting responses.
- Prepare documentation relevant to the work of Primary Care Unit Branch as and when requested, and provide support to DP and SO and assist with ad hoc exercises.
- Provide a high level of customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Undertake as necessary any adhoc exercises that may arise from time to time within the Directorate.
- Raise Purchase Order numbers on Account NI and ensure that any received invoices are entered promptly to ensure timely payment.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
- 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English & 2 A Levels (Proof of certs required).
- 12-18 months admin experience.
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
