Hours of Work: 9 to 5 Monday to Friday
Job Duties:
- Assist the NIPS Central Procurement Unit Contracts Manager
- Contract Database maintenance
- Checking paperwork provided to support supplier price increases
- Preparation of letters to suppliers
- Preparation of forms for approval on the finance system
- Collation of paperwork for meetings with suppliers
- Issue and collation of contract monitoring forms
- Issue letters and/or emails to suppliers/NIPS departments
Essential Criteria:
- Must have 5 GCSEs including Maths & English (must be able to show certificates)
- The successful applicant will be required to complete an Access NI and a CTC during registration
- A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position
