We are recruiting an experienced Band 4 Administrative Assistant to support the Care Bureau in coordinating domiciliary care services. This role involves supervising admin staff, processing referrals, managing provider invoices, maintaining accurate records on Encompass/eBrokerage and providing high‑quality administrative support.
Key Duties
- Support daily operations and deputise for the Team Leader.
- Train and supervise administrative staff.
- Process referrals and coordinate with providers.
- Verify, resolve and submit invoices.
- Maintain databases, logs and produce reports.
- General admin: diaries, filing, correspondence and office supplies.
- Escalate provider or system issues as required.
Essential Criteria
- Supervisory experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience collating and presenting information using IT systems.
Qualification route:
- HNC/HND + 1 year admin experience OR
- 4 GCSEs incl. English & Maths + 2 years admin experience OR
- 3 years admin experience.
Full UK driving licence & access to a car (unless exempt).
