The Recruitment Co is currently recruiting for Factory Quality Control Operatives on behalf of our client, Camden Group, based in Antrim. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced quality control professionals to join a busy manufacturing environment with both day and evening/night shift options available.
Day Shift
- £14.02 per hour
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:30pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 1:15pm
Evening/Night Shift
- £15.20 per hour
- Monday to Wednesday: 5:00pm - 2:30am
- Thursday: 5:00pm - 10:15pm
- Friday: 3:00pm - 12:30am
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out quality inspections on products throughout the manufacturing process
- Ensure products meet company specifications and quality standards
- Identify and report defects or quality concerns
- Complete quality control records accurately
- Work closely with production teams to maintain high standards
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Requirements
- Previous quality control experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and committed approach to work
