The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
To undertake MRI Scanning duties within the Northern Trust on all sites, Antrim and Causeway.
To participate in 7 day working and extended working day.
Essential Criteria:- Current HCPC Registration.
- At least 2 years post qualification experience in Diagnostic Radiography.
- 1 year experience in MRI.
- MRI experience working with GE Optima 450W 1.5T and Siemens Sola scanners.
- MRI PGCert desirable.
- PGCert or equivalent in IV cannulation.
- Participate in flexible working sessions including evenings and weekends & BH’s throughout the Northern Trust.
- Good communicative skills.
- Knowledge of role of Radiographer in MRI Imaging.
- Knowledge of MR Safety.
- Access NI check required.
- Good general health for the demands of the post.
To be familiar with and abide by:
- Health & Safety at work order 1978.
- COSHH Regulations.
- Ionising Radiation Regulations.
- All present and future departmental quality standards.
- Departmental local rules and policies/procedures.
- MHRA safety guidelines for MR equipment in clinical use.
- The SOR and HPC codes of professional conduct for Radiographers.
- To work within the rules and regulations applicable to the department.
- To follow all Trust policies and protocols.
