Granulation Operative – Day Shift Camden, Antrim

Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:45pm

£12.82 per hour

Start Date: Monday 8th June

Job Purpose

Camden Group is seeking a Granulation Operative to support our production and sustainability efforts. This role involves processing waste uPVC materials into reusable granulate using specialised machinery, helping us maintain high standards of efficiency, quality, and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor granulation machinery to ensure efficient processing of materials
  • Sort, prepare, and feed uPVC waste into granulators in line with procedures
  • Ensure all processed material meets required quality standards for reuse
  • Carry out routine checks and accurately record production/output data
  • Identify and remove contaminants from materials before processing
  • Monitor equipment performance and report any faults or inefficiencies
  • Assist with machine setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance
  • Work closely with production teams to maintain a steady flow of reusable material
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

Person Specification
