Full-Time General Operatives Required. We are currently recruiting General Operatives on behalf of our Client to join a busy manufacturing environment. These roles offer long-term opportunities with the potential to move from temporary to permanent employment.
Pay Rate: £15.07 per hour

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on manufacturing experience and become part of a growing and supportive production team. You will be involved in the manufacture of high-quality uPVC windows and doors, working with both recycled and new materials. A strong focus is placed on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Duties will vary depending on the department but will typically include:
- Being present and ready at your workstation at the start of each shift, maintaining reliable attendance
- Following production processes and procedures accurately
- Adhering fully to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identifying faults or errors and taking appropriate corrective action
- Reporting machinery or product issues to the production supervisor
- Carrying out tasks competently once fully trained and signed off
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
- Communicating effectively with team leaders at all times
- Demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
- Representing the business professionally at all times
- Complying strictly with all Health and Safety requirements, including the correct use of PPE
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties as requested by management
