About the Role
You will play a key role in the production process, helping to manufacture high-quality uPVC windows and doors using both recycled and new materials. You’ll be part of a team that prioritises quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrive at your workstation on time and maintain excellent attendance
- Follow all production procedures and processes accurately
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identify and report faults or errors in products or machinery
- Carry out tasks confidently once training is completed
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Communicate clearly with your team leader and colleagues
- Strive to continuously improve performance and skills
