We are currently recruiting an Admin Officer for our client based in Greenmount - Antrim. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI are completed.
Start date: ASAP
Rate of pay: £13.75PH
Hours of work: 37
Hybrid working is available upon agreement with management once training is completed. Flexi is also available when in a position to contribute to the business needs after training has been completed. Core hours are from 10-4 with the ability to start from 8am and work up to 6pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- An Administrative Officer will be expected to use a wide range of modern office technology to get the job done – laptops, e-mail, scanning and modern phone systems.
- They will need to work as part of a team, and their duties will involve dealing with queries mainly from Farmers and Advisers, receiving and making phone calls, electronic filing of documents, photocopying, processing claims, and inputting to the College’s information management system.
- Administrative Officers have to be able to cope with pressures faced in a busy work environment.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
- 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (Proof of certs required)
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
