Job Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, based in Ballynahinch, as a full-time Admin Officer. This is a long-term temporary opportunity.

Our client is Northern Ireland’s Leading Public Sector Employer.

Start Date: 14th July

Location: Ballynahinch

Hours: 37 hours – Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Main Duties:

The First Contact Team Member acts as the first point of contact for claimants and is responsible for assisting claimants who need to transact their business face to face. This includes claimant orientation, resolving queries, arranging appointments, undertaking interviews, coaching claimants to become more digitally competent, and inputting new data and change of circumstances updates where appropriate.

The role involves working in a front-facing office, dealing with customers either face to face or via telephone, from 9am to 5pm, full-time.

Requirements include having 5 GCSEs, including Maths & English, with certificates required.
