Job Opportunity: Administrative Officer (AO) - Ballymena

We are currently recruiting for AOs based in Ballymena. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI are completed.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 Months

Hours of work: Full time, 37 hours per week

Rate of pay: £12.97 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves delivering services for customers based in Great Britain, focusing on State Pension telephony. Full training will be provided.

Main duties and essential skills include:

  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Strong call-handling attributes;
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers;
  • Ability to work within and contribute to a team environment;
  • Ability to work accurately within specific deadlines and achieve targets;

These roles are full-time and office-based. Working from home may be available in the future.

Important: No leave will be granted before training is completed on 19.9.25.

Essential Criteria:

  • GCSE/GCE passes (A, B, or C) in Maths and English (proof of certificates required);
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proven ability to use initiative.
