Our client, a large public sector organisation based in Belfast, is looking for an Administrative Officer to join their team.
Duration: October 2026 with possible extension
Rate of pay: Β£13.75
Location: Belfast BT18
Hours: 37 hours per week
Main Duties:
- Arranging, attending and taking minutes of meetings of the three NI IMBs and the IMB Executive Council
- Providing agendas in advance of meetings
- Drafting minutes of meetings to be shared with IMB members and business partners
- Arranging training for IMB Members
- Overseeing and monitoring of the Prisoner Freephone and mailbox
- Arranging IMB attendance at events and conferences
- Assisting with admin duties in relation to Data Protection
- Processing T&S claims submitted by members of the IMB
- Providing administration support with the IMB annual reports
- Working collaboratively with our business partners including the Northern Ireland Prison Service and DoJ Sponsorship Branch
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driving licence
- 5 GCSEs A-C (Must include Maths and English)
