Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an Admin Officer for our client based in Belfast (City Centre). The successful candidate will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Start date: 21st July

Rate of pay: £12.97

Duration: 6 months

Hours of work: Full time 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

No holidays can be accommodated in the first 8 weeks of employment due to training for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hearings clerk: general admin duties such as replying to emails, answering phone calls, file preparation, listing cases, entering/registering Tribunal cases, updating and maintaining the databases.
  • Issuing judgments within the given timeframe on receipt from Tribunal panel.

Essential Criteria:

  • Five GCSE/GCE passes (A, B, or C) with Maths and English. (Proof of certificates required)
  • Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to use own initiative.
