The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to work in Community sites within the Fylde Coast. This role is ongoing with an option to be extended. This is a full-time role working 8am-5pm, 5 days per week. This is a mobile role and you will be given a van to use as transport between sites; therefore, applicants must have a valid UK driver's licence.

Hourly rate starts at £12.45, Saturdays £15.44, Sundays £19.33.

Duties include:

  • Fixing taps & unblocking sinks and toilets
  • Repairing doors and locks
  • Repairs beds and chairs
  • Working as a mate to tradespeople
  • Basic plumbing
  • General repairs and upkeep of site equipment
  • Fire door/Fire alarm checks performing daily checks
