The Recruitment Co are working closely with a client in the Daventry area who are looking for an Industrial Cleaner, you must have experience cleaning in a warehouse / shopfloor setting this role is not domestic cleaning Part of the UK depot operation, the Site Services Support will primary be involved with the general cleaning of the warehouse areas, disposal of general waste into the skips by means of manual handling equipment (MHE), together with supporting the H&S/ Site Services Specialist with ad hoc duties such as stock control of canteen, cleaning and stationery supplies and general day to day basic maintenance tasks RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: o Checking and put away of catering, cleaning, and stationery supplies. o Stocking the canteen (daily) o Cleaning of the 3 main stairwells of the mezz levels (once a day), the warehouse floor using the ride-on scrubber/dryer (each zone at least twice per week), bathrooms and canteen (when required) o Emptying of the general waste bins into the skips using MHE (daily) o Yard and Parking Lot clean up using MHE (when required) o Basic repairs and maintenance tasks o Operate responsibly with regards to the health & safety of themselves and others on site o Operate in accordance with company policy and procedure in all areas. Shift: 6am to 2pm or 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm The role is full time on a permanent basis, £27,000 per annum
