Customer Service Advisor based in Northampton, NN4 Offering £11.44 per hour – paid weekly, every Friday! Full time, 37.5 hours per week with a large opportunity of overtime available! Temporary on-going contract with the view to go perm. The Role: Handling inbound calls from customers in regards to a wide range of queries; refunds, replacements, account queries and amendments Using multiple in-house systems to manage and record calls, update customer records and process customer requests. Triage calls to internal departments that align with the customers needs Providing exceptional customer service and aiming for a first time resolution Working in line with client SLA’s and KPI’s. Inhouse training will be provided for this role. The Person: Previous customer service experience, ideally experience working within a call based environment handling inbound customer calls.
