Job Description:
We are currently recruiting 2 Admin Officers for our client based in Belfast, Knockbreda. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI are completed.
Rate of pay: £12.97
Hours of work: 37
Key Responsibilities:
AO staff work within the Make the Call Telephony Team as telephony agents.
The Telephony Team handles the ‘Make the Call’ 0800 232 1271 line, managing inbound and outbound calls, and maintaining records on office computer systems.
Provide callers with a free and confidential needs assessment and give advice on benefits, supports, and services.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
- 5 GCSEs including maths and English (Proof of certificates required)
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
