We’re Hiring: Personal Assistant / Senior Secretary
Based in Knockbracken
Band 4 | £13.57/hour | 37.5 hrs/week | Initial 6-month post

Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch admin and secretarial support including typing, data input, email management and records maintenance
- Manage the Director/Assistant Director’s diary and prep them for meetings with agendas and paperwork
- Create professional documents and presentations using Microsoft Office
- Handle incoming emails and calls from stakeholders, prioritising actions
- Take minutes and support key Committees, meetings and projects
- Keep office systems organised and introduce improvements when needed
- Monitor office supplies and arrange travel, accommodation, and hospitality
- Verify invoices for travel, courses and events
What You’ll Bring
- 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above incl. English & Maths) + 2 years’ admin/secretarial experience OR 3 years’ admin/secretarial experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Valid driving licence
- Level 2 in Word/Text Processing (OCR/RSA or equivalent)
- Ability to minute meetings and use initiative in decision making
