We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, based in Belfast, as a full-time Administration Officer. This is a long-term temporary opportunity.
Our client is Northern Ireland’s leading public sector employer.
Administrator Pay Rate: £12.97 per hour
Start Date: 20th August

Administrator hours of work:
- Monday to Friday, between 8 am – 8 pm (37 hours)
About the Administrator role:
Working within the Department for Communities in the Northern Ireland Civil Service, this role will deliver services for customers based in Great Britain within the Counter Fraud, Compliance and Debt (CFCD) Division. The aim of CFCD is to reduce fraud, error, and debt within the benefit system. Full training will be provided. This is primarily a telephony-based environment, with main duties including:
- Effective call handling skills to provide excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls, including negotiating debt repayment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers
- Ability to work within and contribute to a team
- Work accurately within deadlines and achieve targets
- Basic IT skills and computer literacy
- Organized with good time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and desire for personal development
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
This is a full-time, office-based role. Working from home may be available in the future.
