Location: Raunds

Hours: Monday Friday, 08:30 17:00 (Regular, consistent full-time hours)

Pay: £12.71 per hour, rising to £13.94 after 12 weeks

Overtime: Generous overtime available at time and a half (+50%)

Contract: Rolling temporary contract with stability

The Role: We are looking for a proactive, personable Customer Service Administrator to provide vital technical product support to depots across the UK and Europe. Based in a buoyant, fast-paced office environment, you will handle a varied mix of daily duties while being a key part of a team that champions "no call-back quality". Full training on internal computer systems is provided.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing clear, accurate phone and email support to resolve customer and depot queries
  • Logging and monitoring calls using internal ticketing and QA systems to track actions and identify trends
  • Working efficiently alongside key performance metrics and team KPIs
  • Coordinating special product requests and returns
  • Supporting the wider QA team with administrative xgikmsk tasks and site visit arrangements
