We're looking for a proactive and personable individual to provide vital technical product support to depots across the UK and Europe. This role is based in their Raunds office, with core hours Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00, and overtime always available for those looking to boost their earnings.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing phone and email support to resolve product queries.
- Logging and monitoring calls using their QA system, identifying trends to help drive improvements.
- Coordinating special product requests and returns.
- Supporting the wider QA team with site visit arrangements.
