What You’ll Be Doing: * Supporting the technical team with administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate design approvals and legal documentation. * Reviewing utility designs, technical drawings, and legal requirements. * Preparing and tracking paperwork for legal approvals, invoices, and project documentation. * Maintaining up-to-date records, tracking key milestones, and ensuring compliance with regulations. * Attending client meetings and providing project updates. What We’re Looking For: * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Great organisational abilities, with the confidence to manage multiple tasks. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * CAD or AutoCAD experience is ideal * A keen interest in the technical, construction or utilities sector (experience is a bonus, but not essential).
