The Recruitment Bar is seeking a Practice Standards Manager to join its head-office team in the East Midlands. You will lead the Practice Standards Team, mentor bid and marketing colleagues, and oversee the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001/14001/45001) across the practice.
You will guide audits, supplier processes, quality forms and intranet management while contributing to national projects and continuous improvement within a national architectural practice.
