The Role

Reporting directly to the Divisional Director, you will join a small, highly effective team managing the day-to-day logistics, procurement, and safety administration for complex onshore and offshore projects. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Co-ordinating day-to-day contract workflows, international logistics, and personnel manning.
  • Processing orders, tracking material monitoring, and managing supplier procurement.
  • Liaising closely with supervisors, third-party contractors, and global suppliers to monitor KPIs.
  • Diversifying occasionally from office-based administration to hands-on practical tasks, such as checking inbound orders, wrapping pallets, and assisting with physical deliveries.
