Working in a small office and warehouse team, you will assist with the day-to-day administrative checks and logistics paperwork required to keep our projects running smoothly.

  • Routine Administration: Inputting contract data, processing orders, and keeping standard logistics paperwork up to date.
  • Monitoring supplier delivery timelines and cross-checking order accuracy against standard lists.
  • Answering straightforward enquiries from suppliers and internal team members via phone and email.
  • Hands-on Warehouse Work: Regularly stepping out of the office to assist in the warehouse. This includes checking inbound orders, wrapping pallets, and physical lifting/packing as required.
  • Participating in a shared out-of-hours on-call rota to assist with routine operational requests.
  • Basic IT Skills: Comfortable utilising MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) for straightforward data entry and email communication.

A full UK driving licence and a preference for long-term job stability. Full training on our internal processes will be provided, ensuring you are confident in every aspect of your daily routine.
