The Role
Reporting directly to the Divisional Director, you will join a small, highly effective team managing the day-to-day logistics, procurement, and safety administration for complex onshore and offshore projects. Daily responsibilities include:
- Co-ordinating day-to-day contract workflows, international logistics, and personnel manning.
- Processing orders, tracking material monitoring, and managing supplier procurement.
- Liaising closely with supervisors, third-party contractors, and global suppliers to monitor KPIs.
- Diversifying occasionally from office-based administration to hands-on practical tasks, such as checking inbound orders, wrapping pallets, and assisting with physical deliveries.
- Participating in an out-of-hours on-call rotation to support dynamic, round-the-clock operational needs.
What Youll Bring
- IT Literacy: Advanced competency utilising MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook, with a sharp eye for figures.
- Work Ethic: A highly organised approach with the ability to multi-task under commercial pressure and make fast, decisive choices.
- Adaptability: A physically fit, proactive nature, completely willing to mix office administration with practical, hands-on warehouse duties and donning appropriate PPE.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills. Language skills or prior familiarity with maritime, shipping, or the oil and gas sector would be highly advantageous, though not essential.
