As an Intermediate Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates and tender submissions across a range of construction projects. This includes working with subcontractors, developers, and private clients.
- Prepare tenders using drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Maintain organised and accessible project records
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and specialists throughout the tender process
- Carry out accurate quantity take-offs using relevant tools and software
- Revise estimates based on feedback and project changes
- Contribute to marketing or brand-related activities when required
