This is a brilliant opportunity for a graduate, college-leaver or junior office administrator to join a busy compliance team and build genuinely transferable admin, records and stakeholder-management skills. You'll be supported every step of the way as you learn the ropes: checking records for accuracy, updating internal systems, liaising with utility companies and colleagues across departments, and helping keep everything running smoothly. No experience needed, just a sharp eye for detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What you'll be doing:

  • Keeping reports up to date and chasing outstanding actions across departments
  • Responding to queries via the records inbox
  • Reviewing water, gas and electric service cards and as-laid records for accuracy
  • Updating systems with completion dates and meter details
  • Issuing documentation to network adopters
  • Investigating and recovering missing records

What you'll need:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new systems
