About the Role
We are seeking an Estimator to join a growing construction consultancy. This role involves preparing cost estimates, tender submissions, and supporting a range of residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tenders from drawings and specifications
- Carry out quantity take-offs and cost planning
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
- Manage project documentation and records
- Support clients with cost advice and revisions
