You will support a diverse client base, including owner-managed businesses (OMBs) and corporates, delivering clear, practical tax advice across a variety of scenarios. The work is varied, often project-based, and typically delivered at a strategic level rather than high-volume large corporate compliance. Desirable (any of the below):
- Experience in group reorganisations
- Exposure to UK international tax matters
- Share schemes (e.g. EMI)
- Share valuations
- Broader, multi-tax (generalist) advisory experience
We will also consider candidates with a specialist focus in share schemes or valuations, as well as those with a high-level general tax background.
