Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Weekend Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day operations across their sports facility. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a strong background in retail, sales, or hospitality management who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, a hands-on management style, and the ability to drive team performance while maintaining high operational standards. Hospitality experience will be highly regarded, as the role involves regular interaction with a diverse range of customers and staff. Availability to work weekends and 12 evenings during the week is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
