The role

A proactive, outward-facing position where you'll manage your own pipeline and have consultative conversations with HR, Talent and People leaders. You'll identify opportunities for employers to improve early careers strategies and make a tangible difference for young people entering the workforce. There's structure and support but also space to bring your own style, ideas and energy.

  • Generating new membership business via phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
  • Holding discovery conversations with decision-makers to understand challenges
  • Presenting services through engaging online meetings
  • Handling objections and guiding prospects through decision-making
  • Collaborating with marketing on campaigns and outreach
  • Attending employer events and forums to create youth-focused opportunities
